An update from Clwyd Specal Riding Centre

Good news, we will be open for business as from Saturday 7th May.

Resume group riding, vaulting, carriage driving and hippotherapy as from week commencing Monday 9th May.

The next holiday will be arriving Thursday 12th May.

The horses have been kept in work by the Equine Staff during the closure to keep them ticking over and practicing the Countryside Challenge course and the dressage test’s.

I look forward to seeing you all very soon but in the meantime if you have any questions or require any more information please get in touch with me.

Thank you again for your cooperation.

With regards

A message from Clwyd Special Riding Centre – Strangles

I have made the decision to close the Centre until further notice to all the groups who ride, vault and carriage drive throughout the weekly sessions.

I have to be responsible for the welfare of all the equine’s at CSRC and because the Strangles disease is a highly contagious respiratory infection, I cannot take the high risk of the horses contracting this disease as it is now reported to be within the 20 geographical miles to CSRC.

I have the full support for my decision from the Chairman of the Centre Trustee’s, The Centre Manager and Mr. Bryan Hallows, N. Wales Region RDA Vet.

I will of course keep everyone up-dated with the situation and contact everyone when we can re-open for the group session’s.

Please do contact me with any questions or if you require any more information.

An update from Clwyd Special Riding Centre

Just to up- date you all of the situation here at CSRC. As you know we have closed the Centre as a precaution to the disease ‘Strangles’. We fully anticipate re-opening on the week-end of 7th May this will be confirmed nearer the time.

Thank you for your co-operation
